Our process in five steps

Site Visit
This visit will give us an opportunity to get a sense of the space and what needs to be done. We’ll take measurements and photos and discuss your vision for the renovation.

Quote
Once the design is finalised, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote for the project. We’ll explain the costs of materials, labour, and other expenses so you can decide whether to move forward with the renovation.

Council Permits
(When needed) Before work begins, we’ll obtain any necessary council permits and consents. This includes building permits, resource consents, and other regulatory approvals required for your specific renovation project.

Building Your Dream
We'll communicate with you frequently discussing the progress, health and safety processes, building progress, and any potential issues will be addressed and explained, and you’ll be given access to the projected building timeline and progress billing to give you the assurance that everything runs smoothly and is right on track.

Done & Dusted
Before we leave, we will go over the project with you, to be sure you are happy with the work that is done and make sure any outstanding financial matters and documentation are sorted. Your project is now completed, congratulations! Enjoy!
